    ABSTRACT

In this article a presentation of two cases wich heva have treated with today's most common fixed applience techniques of Begg and edgewise is being made. Both of the cases were class II skelatal originated malocclusions with a necessity of firts permanent molar extraction indication. Since the first case demands maximum unchorage, the retraction of the lower premolars, canines and incisors has been aimed while the second case, a minumum anchorage case required an anterior directed closure of the extraction sites. At the end of the treatments of these two cases ideal occlusions have been achieved.
