ABSTRACT

Surgical orthodontic correction of skeletal class III open bite malocclusion in 19 years old girl has been presented. Body step osteotomy-ostectomy tecnique was the surgical treatment of choise to achieve both superior and posterior movement of anterior part of the mandible without any loss of sensation of lower lip.
