ABSTRACT

The recent novelties in orthodontic materials and mechanics have enhanced the indication of non extraction treatment procedures as it not only provides a functional and stable occlusion but also is an easier treatment of choice in the eye of patients and parents. Furthermore, it substantially reduces treatment time in a majority of malocclusions. This article has demonstrated various non extraction instances and mechanics along with their clinical management.
