ABSTRACT

In this study Le-Fort 1 maxillary osteotomy and Obwegeser’s sagital split osteotomy was performed with guidance of sandwich splint in acase who presented skeletal class II division I maloclusion with execesive lower facial hight. Througt the operations performed on both jaws, the desired decress in vertikal dimension and mandibular advancement was achived.
