“Hour glass deject” is a typical alveoler deject that occurs because of many local factors. It is also inconvenient for the tooth movement. In this study of two cases, the use of a new biomaterial called “Biocoral” was presented, and its effects on the alveolar bone were investigated. After six months of follow up, in both cases, new and well qualified bone were seen histologically and radiologically, and, shown on cast models, the labio-lingual width of the alveolar bone was increased 1 mm. to permit tooth movement.
