Today many appliances are used in the treatment of the intermaxiller sagittal anomalies. Although many of these appliances are removable, some of then are fixed. In this appliance, which is presented here, CL. II, I anomalies, upper 6th teeth are banded. Morreover, there is a mandibular lingual plate in the Class II anomalies. First of all, upper 6th teeth are banded. Headgear tube and other tubes of fixed appliances are soldered on to the band. On the lower dental arch, lingual mandibular plate is prepared. Lingual plate is worn on the lower dental arch. Headgear is applied on the upper 6th teeth. In this case, the appliance keeps mandibula forward. Since the headgear influences the maxillar development, if this is undesirable an arch-wire is prepared between 6th teeth. In a more simple manner a wire 1 cm. length and 1.2 mm. thick are soldered on to the bands. These wires are reffered as the quide bars.
