Achieving good results in orthognathic surgery depends on the elimination of anterior dental compesations. Surgical procedure could be done safely by splints which are made by the help of incisor teeth. However if the surgical procedures are being done without the guidance of these teeth due to anterior teeth loss, it is likely to see some dificulties. In this paper an orthodontic surgery in a Cl III patients who lost her maxiller anterior teeth because of juvenile periodontitis was presented.
